What You’ll Do

✔ Deliver exceptional client support through phone, email, and virtual meetings

✔ Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

✔ Coordinate appointments and follow-up communications

✔ Educate clients on available products and services

✔ Assist with client onboarding and account management

✔ Maintain accurate records and documentation

✔ Collaborate with team members to achieve service and sales objectives

✔ Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment

✔ Previous experience in customer service, sales, client support, or related fields is an asset but not required
